dear sir In section 107, first party pray to court u/s 116(6) for time extension and court accept the pray with extension of 4 months now today again the first party pray for 2 months extension is it possible to extend the time for 2 months the apprehension is going on because the 2nd party members are cruel and always use unparliamentary words the first party. And also I want to know that how many times the court will extend the time period. Kindly assist me its very urgent if any ruling is there than explain me.

There is no specific time limit for extension. It would depend on the facts situation of the particular case.

I only want to know that if one time we avail the extension of time than if required we can pray to the court for another extension.
