under section 138 can one file case on basis of only the zerox copy of the bounced chqeque or is it compulsory to submit the original cheque at the time of filling the case or during the course of trial?

you must submit the original cheque so that you can exhibit the cheque. You cannot exhibit a photocopy in any criminal case.

original you have to produce at time of verification before the magistrate . similarly before trial starts you ahve to produce the originals
