Dear sir,

I have applied for judgement copy of a case which was dismissed by court.Verdict is in my favour. court clerk took 300/-and took signature on few papers to apply for judgement copy.

it was applied 6months back. Now when I contact court clerk he is saying that the application which we kept got expired and I have to give him another 150/- to get my judgement copy.

is this true ? is there any thing like 'getting expried' ?

Please let me know what should i do now .

u at ur own apply in copying agency of court to get c/c of judgement.

Yes if you do not submit the requisite court fees in time the application gets expired.
Engage a law clerk to get it without hassles.
