Greetings, I belong to Rajasthan state, my 2 question is -

1. May I start Online and Offline business under Proprietor ship ?

(If YES)

2. May I appoint franchisee in other city or state within INDIA ?

Definitely, you can, but in abiding by the provisions of the Information Technology Act and other business laws and local establishment laws. But mind it, no fraudulent practices, as in most online businesses are noticed.

You are to consult a tax lawyer for complications and difference in taxes in different state. Movement of goods from one state to other state for business purpose involves some tax liability.
