I wanted the copy of Election List (Mumbai, Dahisar) of my Family from 1993 Vidhansabha Election. But on approaching Election office in Dahisar they informed me to go to ELection office in BMC Main office, after approaching Election Office at BMC Main Office, they told me to go to Election office at Old Custom House-Mumbai. However on approaching Election officer at Old Custom House they told me to contact Election office at BMC Main office only.

But BMC Main office are unable to give me the list of 1993 Vidhansabha Election for family residing at Dahisar. Can I file the RTI for the same ? Kindly guide me how to file the RTI to get above information and also advise the format for filling RTI. CHandresh

Plese go the the website of election commission of bomaby. see who is PIO. wite to PIO what specific document/information you want, alongwith IPO of Rs 10.
