I want an advise that my wife has given false information to the court and seek an exparte order i.e. maintenance.
I can prove it that she had made a false case.
I say that she has left my company without any valid reason and also filed number of domestic violence cases against me. I say that in fact I was also been detained in judicial custody due to the impact drawn by her. I want to say that she is one way or other way trying to abuse me and indulged in making my life worst living.
I want to know that what case should I put to my wife that she had cheat me in maintenance, harassment. And also I want to know what punishment court will give to her.

maintenace order has ben obatined under Dv case or 125 case . contact a local lawyer . you cna file an appeal aginst the interim orders if you are aggrieved

The course you have as an option is to contest cases she has filled and can proceed
for a divorce cases.
If her allegations are false in cases filed by her,on your proving so ,the court may deny to give her reliefs claimed in those cases.You can not escape from liability to pay maintenance if she has no means.

I want to say that she is working I had proof which I will produced to court at suitable time.
