If you have ownership (say title record)in your name and possession is also with you and apperhend interference from a stranger by way of a threatened injury then you can get stay(say interim injunction)by filing a regular law suit of perpetual injunction in civil court before civil judge of the district where property is,where an interim injunction application shall also be required to be moved in the same very suit. Suit also lies on the basis of possession against every one but not against the true owner unless you claim your possession hostile to the knowledge of true owner equating to a title against him for a continuous period of over 12 years before the suit.
