Any legal remedy, in the facts and circumstances after the hon'ble supreme court dismisses the slp

(Querist) 01 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir,

Please inform for the benefit of unaware Advocates/Litigants as regards the following:

A Writ Petition got dismissed at the Hon'ble High Court as the Advocate pleading the case was not able to show evidence or records to the Court.

The case was taken up with the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India . Here the Senior Advocate, engaged, being on Legs did not appear even on the second call and the proxy Council submitted that he knew nothing.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court passed the Judgement that after carefully perusing the records and listening to the Counsel for some time no interference in the Judgment of the High Court is called for.

The Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court refused to go for review and more than a year has passed now.

The records, which the Advocate at the High Could not produce/ refer/ show, are of crucial importance and of great value in Law but these facts were not delved in to .

Please advise as to whether the case/ Writ Petition can be reopened. If so whether in High Court or in Supreme Court? Which particular Section of the CPC or any other procedure provides for the same?

The case is of crucial concern should it be got lost forever due to the incompetence of the Advocate and the non availability of the Senior Advocate? Is there any remedy?

Please advise.

With due regards,

File Review petition in SC with application for condonation of delay, though chances are very poor.
