hi, pls tell me wather pre-emption/hindu succession act is applicable in haryana or not pls give me details with prescribed cases of the court

Punjab Pre-emption Act 1913 was made applicable to Haryana in 1968. Hindu Succession is applicable to whole india except state of J&K

Hindu succesion Act is a central act n is applicable toall the Hindus of india irrespective of their state of living with the exception of Hindus living in J&K as Provided in Sec 1 of HSA.
