Girl right in property please help

(Querist) 23 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
my grand father purchase a property in 1960.
my grand father have three children one son and two doughter. in 1996 these two doughter relinguished their right in property to their brother(my father). then my father who has five chidren three sons and two doughter distribute property in four parts.three part for sons and one part for himself. my brother s made this transaction as sale to their wife from my father.
no one ask me.is there any possibility for me to claim my share.

now my father has died in 2003 without making any will for his one part property.
now again my brother not interested to give me anything. they have occupied this property and think to start construction on this property for earn rental income.

Yes, you can claim your share. File a suit for partition.

contact a local lawyer . since your father has died intestate his share will devolve on his leal heirs including you . you are entitled to your share

You have share in the property for enforcement of which you have to file a suit for partition.
