7/12 extract name removal

Dear Sir,
i am having agriculture land which is under dispute in which 7/12 extract my grand father name was there. But for few years his name was not entered in 7/12 extract. Also his name is rounded in previous 7/12 extract don't no why. please guide me to whom i should approach and what is the correct procedure to get his name back to 7/12 extract and how much duration the procedure take.

VF VII-XII has two portions.On above portion,name of owner and measurement of land is written and in lower portion name of person who cultivates land is written So if your GF name is not appearing in the above portion,check RR entries which are also written there..If name is not written in cultivation column,and some one's else is written,you have to appeal before the Mamlatdar
