About teancy transfer.

my father has expired having business in rented shop from 1978.and made a will (regestered). in will we 2 brothers are there legal hires&for sisiter (married) it is written in will that what they want to give they had given to her.so we want to know about the transfer of rented property, in our name.so in that property she has right or not.beside there is clearly mentioned in will that she has no right. & what is probate.probate is for both ownership & rented property. kindly give us proper guidence ............ thanks

there can be no will in respect of rented property . the three legal heirs have to make application to landlord for transfer of rent receipt in name oflegal heirs

for ownership property you can apply for probate
