Exparte divorce

What is ex-parte divorce?
1.If wife not coming on divorce dates after how many notices/warrant/summons court will give divorce?
2.After how many days Husband can go for marriage after exparte decree?
3.What is drawbacks/benefits of exparte?

1. It is not the number but the proof of service of summons. if you could show that service of summons is completed then on the next date the case would be fixed for ex parte hearing.
2. No conceivable drawbacks.

by endorsement made by postal authorities that enevelope containing summons has been received . the Ad card .
