Respected sir,

In the matter of DV case

If 340 crpc Application has already filed but Court will take time for the process.

can Respondent file application for dismissing the complaint u/s 245 crpc read with section 244 crpc with the same submitted documents what he has submitted u/s 340 crpc.

one more query

if application u/s 340 crpc having section 200 and 210 of IPC. to reveal that Complainant deliberately increased arrears, thus increased arrears can be reduced under this section. can reduced or not
