I dont think there is any such provision of Revision against its own order by HC.

the next option available is SLP in SC.

Can any one through some light on jurisdiciton under article 226 of constitution.
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 02 August 2009
Article 226 is a writ jurisdiction.

u can not use Art 226 for making revision against the high court's own order.
Murali Krishna (Expert) 02 August 2009
No review under Cr.PC. If it is the order of magistrate, then S.482 of Cr.PC applies. But if the order is of High Court, remedy lies to Supreme Court under Art.136.

Art.226 not proper provision. It is the writ jurisdiction of a High Court.

Suo motto reopen can be done.. But no provision to review the case under the Code
