If the dideduction at 24% is over and above the wish of the employee, you should have come with the real problem to indicate what percentage the employer contributes from his side to his account.
Please avoid incomplete questions without any background.

Ranveer, If you are in large Organisation having your Union, ask them to do the needful. If a Pvt or small firm. talk with your Per Dept head, and resolve it. Or write a letter asking them to deduct as per Law. Contact The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Employees Provident fund Organisation Regional Office
