Neighbours issue

dear sir,

my neighbor given his house on rent to one family.

but these guys gives call names all the day, fighting with each other, also their children have no manners, creating all the day nuisance. giving call names to each other, fighting with stones, etc.

i request neighbor many times, he said their earlier living in low class area so this kind of behavior is there.

i discuss this issue with landlord few days back. but he didn't response proper. he is interested only in rent money.

so please suggest me, what can i do in this matter legally. is there any law which will give me relief from this mental harassment.

File a petition u/s 133 crpc in the local Magistrate court against such nuisance.
It is a very expeditious procedure giving result in no time.
