must use mind, even if passed resolution in AGM, U CAN MOVE CO-OP COURT TO CHANGE THIS DECISION.
It cannot be forever.
It should be turn-wise, [every month rotation] All must get equal opportunity to parking facility, Flatwise.

Now a days it is a common understanding that The parking area is always common ant the developer can not sale it even though he is owner of this. So parking area can not be sold to any body. If the society has sold it or allotted it to any body, it is void.
