Co op hou society in gujarat

In our society 200 flats are there and 175 members agreed for renovation and redevelopment of the society. but 25 members not agreed for the same.

Builders at their cost giving facilities and make arrangment for shifting for 2 years for all members but 25 members do not agrees for the same.

In redevelopment of scheme builder will construct 5 floor instead of 3 floor at present and give one room more to all members.( FSI availble) since it is 40 years old society.

Now how to make agreed to 25 members, what letter we ccan give to them so that they give their consent for redevelopment.

There is no financial bearing on any member.

Please advise.

it is not necessary that all 200 consent . atleast in mahrashtra if 70% of members consent then society can go in for revelopment . builder will have to obatin orders from court for eviction of those refusing to vacaqte
