They are in live in relationship.
Can she buy property in the name of B Singh?

First she must change her name & publish in Govt Gazette = affirmation. Then she can do so.

Make an affidavit before 1st Class Executive Magistrate stating that in some of your documets your title has been mentioned as Singh in place of Mitra & that both B.Mitra & B.Singh is the same person. Publish it in local daily. It will serve your purpose.

They are not husband and wife,but only live in relationship.How did she buy property in the name of B.Singh without officially changing her name?
