money withdrawal from current a/c through debit card which was lost. PIN mailer is sealed it is not easy to witdrawal money from ATM machine without knowing the password.

is there any ruling/ settled law to adduce in consumer district forum to get advantageif pin mailer is sealed and money is withdrawal from a/c after losing ATM card.

did u lodged any complaint to police and bank autho abt the loss of Debit Card?

if yes then when was the money withdrawn, after ur complaint to police or prior to that?

merely sealed PIN mailer may not prove ur bonafide.

Why don't you approach the Bank concerned for remedy please ? Recently, there was a news item that the RBI has directed all the Banks to compensate the customers for any inability to withdraw amount through ATM card and also for any delay in crediting the amount to the customer. You may verify the same from RBI site.

For consumer complaint, you have to show deficiency in the service of the Bank and you may find several relevant cases in the caselaw and news sections of this site itself.
