Apt owners welfare association

1 Can a consumer case be made out a/g such association. It is collecting huge maintainance charges without proper justification. Also no water meters in individual apartments and water charges are huge and divided equally without regard for consumption.

2 inequality in car parking with some rouges usurping huge space in common area are claiming as their own

3 Also assoc. is blind to illegal occupancy in building without OC and is supping with fraud builder.

4 Also do we need to pay house tax if builder has put us in possession without registering flat in our names?

How do I get justice a/g these atrocities?

It appears that the Apartment Owners Association is not working properly as per its bye-laws.
If it is from WB then complaint can be lodged with the appropriate authority.
Consumer Forum has no jurisdiction.

where areyou located .? pleas go through bye laws of your apartment owners association .

The proceedings have to be instituted before a Civil Court or before the Arbitrator as provided by the bye-laws
