S.c. certificate

Ibelong to s.c. comunity of West Bengal, When I was posted in M.P. a caste certificate was issued based on my certificate to my son.Now Iam retired and my son who got a offer in Bank has asked him to submit in a prescribed proforma which when I approached to M.P. Tehsildar office could not be done.
Now please clarify whether a certificate issued earlier to my son in 1995 has lost his value as regard to caste is concerned.My son is anxious and do not want to loss the chance
Now I am living in another state ,here also the prescribed proforma which Bank requires does not exist. Please suggest the right course of action to be folloed by my son.

If you are now in WB then visit the SC Department in New Administrative Building, Alipore.

You have not mentioned the reason for non-grant of SC certificate on the prescribed proforma by Tehsildar.

The official at Tehsidar office informed that since now you are not residing at M.P.certificate can not be issued
