Take the help of lawyer.

Khatoni is the entry in the revenue record and khasra is particular no. of land, map shows the exact location and title deed is the proof that the seller has ownership in his favour. You shall have to obtain search report from a local lawyer which contains various other aspects so do as advised.

Thanks Mr Sethi and Mr Raj,

I am taking help from a local lawyer to get things done. But i feel it is right platform to look problem from different angles.

I have khasra, khatuni and map of property. Should I also have title deed (Bnama or registration copy) photo copy of that agricuture land. I was told by local lawyer that farmers have only khasra and khatuni to confirm that its owner property.
Is it right that farmers have only khasra and khatuni documents for their land and not any other documents?

Please codnfirm.

Yes, but the documents can be obtained from sub-registrar office.

Local lawyer would know all necessities.
