Amedment in writtren statement

i have filed w/s in which i inadvently wrote petitioner in place of respondent and vise versa from para 10-20. now case is at rejoinder stage. the w/s almost conceds the case of opposite . now what is my remedy for amendment

you can file an application before the court u/Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for amendment at any stahe of the proceeding of the case before judgement.
