Dear all and Respected,

May I know the meaning of the given statement as an say of Application

I submitted the application of 340 Cr.P.C in the Hon.Trial court. that the complete complaint is frivolous and she is equally agreed upon.

a) on ground of her own submitted Documents and complaint, provided I submitted other documents in this regard that she is agreed that filled complaint is false and intention is to vacate family.

b) complete false sworn Affidavit and not even a single para is true, including where marriage solemanize is equally wrong.

wife advocate equally knows everything as she is the wife"s family legal advisor, and was a mediator for for almost an year. evidences are equally provided in the court of her mediator-ship.

no allegation raised on her advocate on magistrate advice but reserved the power of word if wife said that she wanted to stay with husband then matter will proceed against her Advocate. as she has filled complaint on behalf of client but if client denies then?

on submission she has replied the below statement:

1- say written as application opposed. the contents are strictly denied and proof the opponent. ( for proof there of ) . hence application may be rejected.

in other application she has stated that

2- the application is false and not maintenable and contents are strictly denied. opponent is put to strict proof. hence application may be rejected.

this reply given by the counsel of wife in reply of 340 Cr.P.C. submission in Hon. Trial court.

acc to your statement your application was rejected due to insufficient proof given by you. you have to prove you contents mentioned in application with valid and solid evidence.
