Is any Judicial officer in the rank of civil judge jr.division & JMFC can dominate to lawyer while in submissions and arguments? what is the procedure about judges inquiry about conduct? Is any judge close with any lawyer?

judge can ask queries regarding case . you should be able to answer queries raised by the court .
the issue as to whether judge is close to lawyer is hypothetcical .

the query seems more like an outcome of a frustration.
if you are a lawyer then be practical and professional in your approach.

Not even the chief justice of supreme court can do so with an advocate, muchless the party. Judges are also human beings having passions etc. You the advocates being the officers of the court are to bear with them at least to some extent and augment the legal profession to new heights. The judges will themselves realise if there is fault on their part.

Once an ADJ was very violent by his conduct during my submissions,i ignored the heated momentum but after passing a little more time i saw him cooled of then i formulated my submission "your honor has some time right to go violent with words used by the legislature for the ends of justice",not only he smiled but also passed a favorable order i was pleading for which was a bit tough in view of law but was very much demand of equitable justice.
So this all goes.Be witty and act as you practically need.Never dis agree with a judge as that hearts his ego,but never give up your submission ,try to convince him in alternate ways.
