1.Please give me format/ sample Leave & Licence agreement.
2.Will it (registered L&L agreement) be enough in the court to get orders for eviction of the tenant once the period of agreement is over with in a reasonable time (with out undue delay) if the tenant refuses to vacate?
3.What is the average time for getting orders of eviction from the court in case of a dispute?

we dont give ready made formats . consult a local lawyer .
before agreement is stamped and registered obtain permission from society . (if premises are in a cooperative housing society)
without obtaining NOC from society dont give your flat on leave and licence agreement .
your agreement must contain sufficent safeguards to protect you in case of defaults by licencee
we do not know pendency of cases in kerala s. cant say how long it will take to evict licenceee
