Krishna Kumar G! Only training lectures are the best source to have such information. As per my knowledge no such booklet has been published by any publisher in India.

High courts of all states publish Criminal Rules of Practice, wherein you can get the needed information. Added to this you should have recourse to Cr.P.C.

Some useful publication are available at Delhi High Court webpage. You can also log to delhidistrictcourts.nic.in and through a link available there you travel to original publication site.

But Krishna ji, Practice makes a man perfect. Old saying, " Karat karat abhiyas ke jadmati hot sujan"

Keep trying and one day you woulnt require any book.

Thanks for you all for putting your feedback on my query. I will certainly go thru your guidelines.
The Magistrate Court being the place where major crime cases are dealt, it is a major challenge for the staff to carryout the numerous office practices properly and effectively. Many times they have to depend on seniors for getting advice. But the methods adopted in courts vary in many aspects making the procedures time consuming and difficult depending on the advice they get.
So somebody has to start from somewhere. A handbook explaining the detailed process of a document starting from "filing to disposal" in a Magistrate Court, explaining the general practices and easy methodology to be adopted for the same will be a great support to the staff. Hence I am into it and wish to compile a "Work Support Book" with this vision. i.e why I asked the above query. Anyhow let me try something. Request your help and support in future...
