Bail prayer before notice

Kindly advise can accuse pray bail before receiveing of notice in CR case u/s. 200 Cr.P.C. (sec 406, 499 of IPC)?

Such bail application is not maintainable before the eyes of law wherein the case has still not filed by police.

I agree with Mr. Makkad, if you think that any case will be filed against the accused and AB provision is applicable in your state, you can file AB.
