do i need to produce lawyer fees bills for litigation charges expenses claiming in hma 24?
i met 3 three lawyers fr my 2 cases.
Nobody gave bills.

no need to produce any such bill in court for litigation fee, moreover only fee of one advocate for one case is accountable

You need to produce the fee bill otherwise court shall assess it as per its own presumption which may be very negligible than the actual litigation charges/fee claimed by lawyer.

It is better to obtain bill from lawyer and produce the same, that will help the court in assessing court litigation expenses.

I agree that if you want to be granted what you claim, you would need to produce the bills.

YES : IF you want EXTRA LEGAL COST, to be claim, you would need to produce the bills, AND YOUR REASONS TO CHANGE 2-3 ADVOCATES for a single Case.
