i have my MCA from IGNOU.ignou is a central univ and mca is recognized by AICTEand UGC.
it is an apex body of distance mode in india ,but many of the PSUs are debarred me because my degree is from ignou.now, sir/mam what i will do? what kind of legal step we can take so that distance mode(which is run by a central apex body) get really reconized in job market.thank u sir/mam for reading this ,please help me.

file a case against PSU body for discrimination, you can also filed a writ before HC or SC, it is against fundamental rights.
