An exparte order dated 14/12/11,filed POA on 12/12/2011 but not filed an application for setting aside exparte order,an application for setting aside exparte order was filed on 29/2/2012.can we suceed if not what other option for it.

No, chances are very remote. you may file
appeal against the dismissal order of ur application.

Please please go through civil procedure code prior to posting of your replies because people pay very much regard to the replies put here by experts and it is seen that generally your replies are beyond law. Please med ways.

If ex-parte order was passed on 14.12.2011, how the application could have been made on 12.12.2011 means two days ago then the order????????????

Anyway, if you have shown sufficient reasons in your application leading ex-parte order, the same shall be accepted with cost. Generally the approach of the courts remain that technicalities should not come between the justice.

What is the case and in which court??
In some cases, you need to approach the higher court to set aside the ex-parte proceedings order.
