Submission of written statement

(Querist) 16 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir
Would you please inform that whether an accused or parents (on behalf of accused) can submit in writing along with cogent evidence directly or by post to the trial court for greater interest of justice.
The matter is as under
someone A lodged an FIR and the accused person sent to jail and submitted Charge Sheets, but the parents (B of the accused too filed an FIR well before the other party (A) lodged an FIR letter on, on direction of higher authority the PS investigate the FIR submitted by accused person parents (B) and found to be true what allegation made against A. these findings I want to send along with a written statement to the District Judge directly because through Advocate it will take time as adjournment of the case is too long.

Your valuable advice solicited,

Thanking you in anticipation

you have to contest the case . you cna lead evidence in support of your case after ccomplainant has closed his case .

judicial process takes time . no short cuts
