Status quo

what is the meaning of status-quo in relating to Land.is it applicable to both party to suit.
if there is order of status-quo then any party to suit can cut/ harvest grains.

Status quo means "as it is as at the time of order". It is applicable to both parties. No party can cut harvest/grain.
