suit was filed for eviction agaist tenant for non paymentof rent and subletting. sub tenants were also made respondents.tenant did not file written statement and defence was struck of.since tenant as well as other respondents i.e sub tenants didnot appear on subsequent date court has now fixed case for ex parte evidence of plaintiff. pl. guide when court will ask tenant to deposit arrears of rent.or court will straightway pass orders for ejectent in case tenantdoes not deposit rent due.i have filed statement showing arrears of rent due.pl guide implications of ex parte evidence

if the tenant not appearing before the court, after giving chances then the court will give expartee,

The plaintiff need to file his affidavit in chief with all the supporting documents which is required to be exhibited.
Thereafter the court would pass judgement.

You need now to prove your plaint case by filling an affidavit and the court shall grant decree of eviction and arrears of rent
which could be now realized by execution of the decree so passed.
