What is the scope of resignation acceptance letter ?

Does a resignation letter needs to be accepted by the employer ?

acceptence is must.
As well as resignation is accepted

and

Acceptence is communicated

it becomes a contract and having binding force upon both the parties.

Once you deliver resignantion notice to your employer, you have to be treated as you have resigned from services. It is the duty of your employer to accept your resignation or not.As per your service agreement, employer will consider your resignation,if any thing have to be recovered from you, the employer will recover and relieve you from your services.
