Dear Sir,

I want to sell my property and want to know the best method to deposit in my bank acc. My bank is telling 2 business days to clear the draft. How to proceed in the least amount of time and the safest way.

engage a lawyer . go by his advise . take bank draft of nationalised bank . confirm with bank whether draft is genuine

Can sale money be transferred through ITGS method? Is this better than bank draft?

take bankers cheque or demand draft . details have to be mentioned in agreement . make enquiries regarding ITGS

Yes it can be done. Mention this fund transfer in the sale deed.

It is RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement). not itgs. It would be better option, for using RTGS, you can get money within 2-4 Hours in your account.
