Education at stake

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
Not a blame any one.

In Hyderabad one particular pvt school on CBSE syllabus have issues with my child.

School is able to discpline the child for uniform, timings & other extra circular activities. But when it comes to marks or grade , the teachers & principle giving 100s of so called valid excuses.
The child is not being discplined or no comments when he scores 5 out 6 subjects just 35 to 40% of marks. which is happening since begining of the academic year.

The fees are exhorbitant on top of it.

What can be done in order to revive the child's future in class IX.

Some one suggests to report to DEO.

Whats the best option not to spoil relation with the school & as well as childs education.

First you find out that whether the same is the situation with other students.

Suppose, it may be possible that other students are scoring good marks and some students are scoring lesser marks. If that is the case then the school can put that defence.

If other student score good marks and your kid is one of those who score less marks then it is of no use to take any action against the school. You have to ensure that the child is giving enough time to study in home.

Otherwise, you can directly approach school authority and speak to the principal and class teacher as an initial step. Do not directly initiate any legal action as that may backfire.

You have to blame yourself.

No relation with fees, discipline of the child, and his performance in studies.

How much time you and your spouse is spending with your child daily. Are you regularly inquiring whether your child completed home works, projects properly, in time.

If both the parents are working, and in nuclear families, children's education suffers. Spending any amount of money, cribbing on school does not help. Truth may some times be harsh. One has to realise.

Take more interest in the education of the child yourself, check whether he is learning rightly or he has some issues with the teachers etc.

You may opt for one platform to raise your problem i.e. PTA (Parents Teachers Association). It is available in almost all schools. School authority, calls meeting of PTA and discuss every issues and problems. This may help you and solve your problems.

You can discuss with the principal of the school for improving the efficiency of the teaching method.

I think this is most vague query to be raised in this section of legal experts devoted for the free of cost queries related with the legal problems of litigants either already in the courts or planning to approach.

This is not a site ;HAJEER JNAAB:
