Res. Sir/Madam,
I am a head of an office in State govt. One of the subordinate female employee( aged 47 years) was transferred from my office due to administrative exigency and on my complaint to state govt. After transfer this lady complaint against me alleging with dirty allegation for sexual harassment / personnel advance etc.There were police inquiries were held by three police stations as well as Additional Collector (under Jan Sunvai Yojna of C.M. ONLINE )The allegations of that lady were found false.Then this lady filed three petition namely first one for cancellation of transfer on the basis of malafide of Resp.no.3 means I and Resp.no. 1 and 2 were the State authorities .During pend ency of this case she filed another writ petition i.e. second one for police not filing FIR .In this case I was made Resp.no.3 and Resp.no.1 and 2 were the S.P. & T.I.The second WP was dismissed with Rs.2000 cost on petitioner because the Petitioner lady has not mentioned the filing of first WP on same allegation.Then first WP was dismissed by different bench .Further third WP was filed by petitioner challenging the transfer on the basis of state transfer policy ,then this WP was also dismissed on the ground of Constructive Resjudicata.
Now She has filed three Writ Appeal against above WP'S. In all above WP's no notices were issued to me i.e. Resp. no.3 now the appellant has put forth one of the plea that as the Resp. no. 3 was not given notice by Ho'ble H.C. so the appeal may be allowed. Please suggest me what should I do. In fact I was harassed by Petitioner/Appellant since last Nov.2010.I am 58 years old and have under gone open heart surgery in 2001.

Mishra ji! Shthey Shathyam Samachret. You should come openly to take revenge from such corrupt lady. You should file a complaint for defamation as well as a civil suit for damages. Until and unless you do not come openly and rebut her, she shall go in the same direction harassing and humiliating you and shall become successful in sending you pemanently in a good hospital.
