Moa of electricals installation company

i wanted to incorporate a company having an object of ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION SERVICES, SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND COMMISSION SERVICES, CABLING WORK, POWER CABLING WORK, INDUSTRIAL CABLING WORK CONTRACTOR, ELECTRICAL WIRING WORK, COMMERCIAL WIRING WORK SERVICE, AMC SERVICES, COMPUTER AMC SERVICES, ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT SERVICE, ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN SERVICES ETC.

kindly guide me draft a memorandum of such company.

Are you talking about registration of Company?
MOA is required for registration of companies for which you need to engage an advocate.

As you are working with a CA firm, consult your seniors and even study some of the similar situated companies so that it may add to your knowledge and you may provide fruitful services thereto.
