i want to start my own law firm in rajasthan please suggest me the requirement for this can a new lawyer start this or not

yes, you can start law firm. New lawyer can do also. there is no restrictions.

The requirement is, you all should be Advocate on Roll of Bar Council.Not necessary you are new or experienced.

Instead of starting a law firm you are advised to start LLP which is more beneficial for the lawyers.
