My wife is well educated & earning, she becomes financially "independent" and "confident".she is also Advocate.
My wife is come to my home then I am filing Sec-9 in 2004. always try to come to home by request, by phone, by compromise, by mediation.
She says always i am not come to your home & take maintenance to you.
Then she filing Sec-24 it is rejected.
Then she filing Sec-125 cr. pc. it is pending 2006.
In between she says that u not press Sec-9 then i will come, then I not press Sec-9 but always say commitment I come later some time.
In between always help for studying L.L.B. & other requirements. I give fees of L.L.B. thought D.D. & cash in favour of wife. D.D. & mobile etc has proof of education. but giving cash have not proof.
In between she running 125 Cr. pc. and get x-party order in 125 cr. pc.
After the notice I know then I am filing new Sec-9.
then She filing Sec-13.
Please help me she cheet & fraud to me.
she is able to maintenance after filing sec-13.
please help me. my is father is older he is mostly hospitalized. I am only son. my mother is dead.

You fail to understand your Lawyer Wife, and we fail to understand what is your problem!
Better both of you try to understand each other.
Remember, Educated wife increase the risk of marriage break down.

One have to understand the Horse, and move his body according to his running style, continuously and immediately, every time at every step of this running horse, or fall down, get injured, face dva 125, 498a be mental & so on. !!.

One has to dissolve in another. Both cannot exist together,
So adjust yourself, or sustain injuries!

The right thing in marriage is to be a SERVANT. If you set an example for your spouse by giving and serving, you make it easier for them to give and serve you. If either of you take the position that I will only be nice to you if you are nice to me and if you are mean to me I will be mean to you, and then you will be mean to me because I was mean to you and then I will be meaner to you because you were mean to me, and on and on, until we will self-destruct.
Think about this:author : Anonymous !, you have no control over whether your lawyer wife is a good wife to you or not. You DO have control over whether you are a good husband or not.?????
Accordingly my message to your lawyer wife is also same! she too has no control over whether you! are a good husband to her or not. she DOES have control over whether or not SHE is a good wife.
The mark of maturity is treating others the way you want to be treated, regardless of how they treat you. If someone is mean to you and you are nice to them, the odds go up that eventually, you will have a friend. If someone is mean to you and you are mean to them, immediately you have made an enemy, until one of you decides to STOP the war and be nice instead.
