Attestation of will

Whether a will prepared in own handwriting and attested by a Notary Public is a valid will?

Two person must sign/ attest the Will who also need to have seen the testator to put his signature on the Will as well before their signature.

Yes ! A will can be in testator's own writing.
Then it should be signed by the testator in presence of at least two attesting wittiness and those two attesting wittiness must also sign the will before the testator.

If for the aforesaid purpose you are choosing Notarization then you need two notaries and not one and both must be at one place where you are to do the act of signature of trio which should go simultaneously.
