If say in the court that I had intercourse with my wife even before the marriage Will i be punished?Before marriage she was minor so i am confused so pls reply me.She was Sixteen years old when it was first.

No it is not punishable before the marriage has sexual intercourse has taken place with the consent of the girl as it was happen first at the age of her sixteen years. It is only punishable with the girl below 12 years or 12 year

Be it whatever it is not advisable to take such plea in your case.Do not get confused.And do not open several threads to spoil your own case.you have been advised by in reply to PM also.It is sufficient to say that marriage has been consummated,and just prove that.let her come with virginity test.
If you have consummated her even before marriage medical evidence would be their that she is addict to intercourse.And that would be sufficient for you.Or let her say who is he then,if you are not!!!
