News paper - dowry/harrasment

Policestation didnt take the complaint i gave for dowry and harrasment but closed to see in court. He has created Null&Void case and i have given RCr case. After that, Now i have planned to put the news in news paper. Will it create any problem for me?

i believe you have raised this query earlier with slight modifications .

if police has refused to entertain your complaint you could have lodged complaint with supdt of police . if still no actio n is taken you could have moved court .

placing the news in newspapers wont serve any purpose .

Publishing in news Paper brings the Police under Pressure, and they will act, as per their duty. It will certainly help.
As suggested by Shri Sethi , Complaint to higher Police Authorities, c Copy to Home Minister.

already police closed the csr ...
now my question is since the case involves my husband, in-laws, will thr b any chanc to put defamation case against me?

You also has the option of moving court u/s 156(3) and CrPC 200.

Why put it in newspaper and face defamation.
