Please recommend a good website designing company in south delhi or central delhi

I need the serices of an excellent website designing company based preferably in South Delhi,or in Central Delhi.The work includes forum section,blogging section and displaying of ads on my site.
I have been cheated by another company whose services I had hired for this reason.They wasted 6-7 months,but have done just 10% of the work.So my money and time got wasted.
People who have got good sites designed IN DELHI ONLY,please recommend me good designing companies.
The qualities I am looking for are promptness in delivery of service,good designing skills,economical costs and honesty.
Please don't recommend your own company using a fake ID.

That's why I posted in "others" section,which is devoid of legal procedures.
I know many lawyers get their own websites designed.
Then this site is also visited by businessmen and other professionals,not just lawyers,a few of whom must be having their own websites too.So I thought they must be knowing someone who can do this work for me honestly.

I agree with you that even this website visiting by by businessmen and other professionals, but they are not 'expert',and you are anonymous, how can they reply/contact you?
