Dispense petition 2 avoid adjournments

Dear All,

i have to travel all the way for from one city to other of about 800Kms.

Now i am on 2nd adjournament in 498a case.

To avoid adjournments can we file any petition in High Court till trail starts.

Kindly give ur answers

What was the date about? 2 adjournments are nothing.
