Dear Learned Sir
1. My friend has a shop. He want to give it on rahannama to somebody as per govt law. My friend has need of money and he does not want to sell the shop because his need is fulfilled by giving the shop on rahannama.
Query: If my friend gives the shop to another person on rahannam for Rs two lakh for five year, then pls tell is there any risk involved . For example if the person to whom the shop has been give does not want to vacate the same after five year but we are ready and willing to give his money back.
Is there any specific period (i.e year) for which RAHANMAM IS TO BE GIVEN?

ONCE A PARTY IS PUT IN POSSESSION,EVEN UNDER ANY LAWFUL AGREEMENT,IT IS HARD TO ANTICIPATE WHAT SHALL THAT PARTY DO AFTER FIVE YEARS DOWN THE ROAD, HONOR THE AGREEMENT OR CONTEST
SUIT,APPEAL SECOND APPEAL SPECIAL LEAVE AND EXECUTION WHICH ALL TAKES 4TIMES MORE THAN PERIOD AGREED.
OFTEN SUCH PEOPLE AFTER GETTING ON LEASE ESTABLISH SOME WORK WHICH THEY DO NOT WANT TO SHIFT SO EARLY AND TRY TO GAIN TIME VIA LITIGATION.
