I agree wid your suggestions .

But sir,she is the only daughter of her parents . her father is bank manager with good salary and she is going to her job daily by her four wheeler.

Also she had govt. job (RIGHT NOW MPNTHLY FIXED INCUME 7000/= ) which she dont describe in her WS.

MY SALARY IS 40000/=

I had already pay 40000/= in my Sec-24 case also.

WE HAD 3 YRS. BABY GIRL ALSO LIVING WITH HER.

WHAT MAINTENANCE I PAY?????

Her lawer ask me during my cross-examination in court that "u produced your pancard and last three yrs. tax return "

Dear Sir,

Please note that you would have to pay for maintenance of your child in all circumstances.

Also as the income diffirence is very high, you might have to pay some maintenance to wife as well.

It is very difficult to guess the actual amount of maintenance.

best thing you may give maintenance for your child if you can possible to proved that she is working and getting salary, if you dont like disclose your concern and designation then file separate incamera proceeding before the judge.

Sir,
IT take much more time almost 5 yrs. of our saperate living , but she is not aggreed to give me divorce.

sir , my parent is very oldage and r worried about me .

sir, can i do a marrige agin though she not giving divorce to me.

I will not disclose that marrige and live asa live with relationship without leagally marriage.
